Morenetacycling.com has an after-sales service to solve any problem with our items or shipments, through which we try to offer a fast and effective attention to our customers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 days, from the date of delivery of the order, to return it (as the legislation marks: Articles 102 and 104, of RDL 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.)

To initiate a return, contact us here and explain the reasons for the return (size error, defect, etc). We will then begin the process of returning the article / s.

The products must be in perfect condition, with the original labels and without signs of having been used. Under no circumstances will we accept used products.

The returns will be borne by the customer. We will not accept postage due returns.

The packaging used for the return must ensure that the products reach us in perfect condition. If the products are damaged by bad packaging, we will not accept the return.

Once we receive the merchandise and verify that it complies with all the above specifications, we will accept the return and proceed to refund the amount in the way it was made.
